20:20 Print Exchange

Last year saw Artlab contemporary print studios join the 20:20 project for the first time. 20:20 Print Exchange started in 2009 as a project between Hot Bed Press in Salford and Red Hot Press in Southampton. The format was so successful that it was decided to roll this out to more print workshops. In 2010 there were 120 artists from 10 print workshops involved, in 2011 there were 257 artists from 19 print studios and in 2012 there were 392 artists from 31 workshops producing 9,800 prints!

Python Arts Festival – Open Submissions

This summer will see the first Python Arts Festival held at all four Python Galleries across the North East and North West of England from the 20 July to the 3 August 2013. The exhibition is open to all artists in the North East and North West whether professional, amateur or student.
